The system continuously monitors high-risk areas inside the machine tool enclosure and automatically activates fire suppression at the early stage of a fire, rapidly controlling the fire source and effectively preventing fire spread and equipment damage.

The system is widely used in metal processing, automotive manufacturing, aerospace, and precision manufacturing industries. It is a mature and reliable equipment-level automatic fire suppression solution internationally, particularly suitable for unmanned and continuous production environments.

The system uses carbon dioxide (CO₂) as the extinguishing agent. Carbon dioxide fire suppression systems are internationally recognized and are especially effective for extinguishing flammable liquid fires, flammable gas fires, and electrical fires.

3. Operating Principle

  1. The system remains in continuous monitoring mode, supervising high-risk areas inside the machine tool enclosure.

  2. Upon detection of flame, abnormal temperature, or hazardous conditions, the system is immediately activated.

  3. The fire suppression device automatically releases the extinguishing agent directly onto the fire source.

  4. The extinguishing agent suppresses the fire through oxygen displacement, cooling, and interruption of the combustion process, achieving rapid fire extinguishment.
